96 percent of applicants to American Jewish University were admitted for fall 2018


At American Jewish University, 66 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 63 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Los Angeles enrolled 168 students in fall 2018, including 68 in undergraduate and 100 in graduate programs, data shows. 16.2 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

83 percent of undergraduates are residents of California, and 17 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (38 percent) and Asian (1 percent).

The school admitted 96 percent of the 25 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 25 percent enrolled.
