44 percent of applicants to Carrington College-Citrus Heights were admitted for fall 2017


At Carrington College-Citrus Heights, 57 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 87 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year private for-profit institution in Citrus Heights enrolled 385 students in fall 2017, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 18.2 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of California.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (54 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (24 percent).

The school admitted 44 percent of the 106 students who applied for fall 2017. Of those who were admitted, 68 percent enrolled.
